Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Period:
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Items:
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process:

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send the item.

4. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Non-returnable Items:
Certain items such as personal care products or customized goods cannot be returned for hygiene or personalization reasons.
